This is the demo music video for Helen's 'Always By Your Side' track, taken from the EP 'The Last Minute'. Written by Helen from personal experience, this is a laid back soulful song of empathy, reassurance and encouragement for anyone going through a tough time.
NEW! WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY - 10th October 2019 - Suicide Prevention. This song was written by Helen from her experience of Chronic Fatigue and subsequent severe depression. We hope it will help others going through similar health difficulties to not feel so alone or overwhelmed and to never give up hope.
This is where the inspiration always happens for me – at my old upright piano – it’s a little cranky and a little out of tune at the moment but it helped me write another song this week (in the early hours of the morning!) for the new EP – I hope you like it – it's called 'Over You'. This is my mobile footage.
